** This GSi Mailbox System is designed specifically for the Gateway Greens community. It is constructed from rust free cast aluminum and stainless-steel hardware. It includes the mailbox post, decorative scroll, and number plate with Gold vinyl numbers as shown in the picture.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME DURING INSTALLATION?
No one is required to be home during the installation process. If you have any special requests, please notify us beforehand by emailing sales@gsimailboxes.com.
WHEN WILL MY MAILBOX BE INSTALLED?
This will depend on order volume since the mailboxes in your community are being installed in large batches. Typical lead time can range from 10-20 days, but may vary.
SHOULD I BE CONCERNED ABOUT THE LANDSCAPING SURROUNDING MY MAILBOX?
If there are flowers, vines, or other shrubbery that you would like to preserve, we recommend that you remove those plants prior to the installation and replant them afterwards. Although our installers will do their best to protect your landscaping, sometimes the removal of flowers, vines, or other shrubbery is necessary in order to properly install the mailbox and we cannot guarantee that any foliage or landscaping in the area of the installation will be protected. As well, we do not offer shrub removal services due to the threat that roots can pose to utility lines.
DO YOU INSTALL WITH CONCRETE?
All mailboxes installed by GSi Mailboxes are installed using concrete. Once your mailbox is installed, please wait 24 hours before applying pressure to the post or handling the mailbox in any way, as it takes some time for the concrete to fully cure.

Extended Warranty
Imperial Designs will provide a 3 year warranty to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the film integrity as well as chalking and erosion resistance.
Product will maintain film integrity for 3 years within these specifications below:
- No more than 5 DE maximum color change for the Jet Black coating.
- Chalking Resistance (ASTM D 4214) <8 units
- Gloss Retention >30%
- Erosion Resistance less than 10% film loss
Whether film integrity, chalking or an erosion condition is a defect is determined solely by specification tests performed by Imperial Designs or their dealer representative. This warranty is limited to the external coating only, and does not include installation fees, transportation neglect or costs, vandaslim, misuse, or alterations by the customer. It is the option of Imperial Designs to replace or replaint defective products.
Imperfections in sand cast products are a part of the natural aesthetics and not considered a defect. Natural wear and tear or acts of nature are not covered under this extended warranty. Purchaser assumes all liability and risk upon purchase of goods.
